Peak 2001 in the distance.
Cliff blocking progress along the ridge. This can be bypassed by a Class 3 downclimb to a notch on the south side of the ridge. On the way back I found a Class 3 alternative on the north (opposite) side of this cliff that makes the downclimb unnecessary.
The route up to the summit went through a small arch.

On the way down I took a Class 3 gully off the north side of the peak. I stopped for a break at this arch on the way down.

I had originally been planning to head down the gully on the southwest side of the peak, but it was completely filled with cholla cactus. I ended up retracing my route back to the valley floor.
